Thanks Kenny for the information.
I m a Permanent Resident of Canada working in US on H1B visa.
One more thing I want to know .....
Is there any possibility if I could take my wife with me on some visa to Canada and then apply for her Permanenet Residentship?
If ,visitor visa can be obtained,for how much time is it issued ?
Will there be any hassles if I take her on visitor visa there with me?
Please help me out in this regard.

Be careful , her visitor visa most likely will be rejected or refuse of entry to Canada. Because she isn`t a genuine visitor.
You , as a permanent residence of Canada you can`t sponsor her been abroad , you must be in Canada for the sponsorship.
If gets in Canada......
From within Canada you can sponsor her if you are elegible and then CIC will continue processing her PR application.
It will take about 6 months roughly to finalize the whole process if there is no any difficulty.
I highly recommend to apply from abroad , because if your wife`s PR doesn get approved , your wife will be under risk for a possible removal from Canada.
