i did my interview at abu dabi.. 2004 novemember 22
the women at the interview said that my family and i have passed and we will receive the medical form from 6 to 8 weeks ...
its now 5 months and i didnot receive any thing..
i have send all documents i send pcc.. police clearnce cetificate.. and other documents...
so plz any body answer me...

Better you send a fax or letter to the case processing center about the medical forms. I am afraid your medical forms might be lost. A friend of mine had similar situation and eventually he found that the medical forms were lost and they reissued the forms to him.

Fax CIC immidiately and ask what happened. You may be cross 90 days limit of sending Medical Form. contact CIC else they will close your file.

And don´t forget when you send faxes to CHC the header of your fax must be :
