gurus please advice me on spouse sponsorship
whats the fastest route, any advice????
1.sponsoring wife whose in canada as visitor
2.sponsoring wife whose in US as student
3.sponsoring wife whose in india
Not that I have 3 wifes (i wish), hhahhaha..but just a simple fastest route to PR for my one and only.
Wife: Indian born US citizen
Myself: Indian citizen, now canadain PR

And she is also a U.S citizen you said.
Well , If she has been in the U.S over 6 months she has to provide a FBI police record as well as a Police record from India and as far as I concern applications processing times from Indian are faster.
