why don´t all of you guys who are waiting for their
passport´s from more than 3 months write it to the consulate
new delhi or fax them or write them the e-mails.
In the letter asking for passport they clearly say that
if you don´t hear from them in 3 months you can enquire
So go ahead and enquire .

we have sent down 7 faxes and letters tried to call them over the phone , no response , there is no way of reaching them

i duno why they are doing this to u anonymous!! normally they are supposed to answer to ur faxes, if there is anything wrong!
I guess they should have answered!
in my opinion, ur MP is ur alone saviour

you can pursue to go to an MP,But I don´t think there is anything wrong with there application , I know in some cases
where people have sent there passports for over two and a half months and haven´t heard from CHC.
I don´t think you should very paniky about this situation.
hold on for another 15 to 20 days .
make sure your address is write on the appication.
and your postman deliver´s to your address correctly .
if you have already submitted your passport there no way
that they are not going to giveing back to you ( not even
0.001 %) chance.
So just hold on , and by the bay prepare yourself to getting some good training so that you find a job in canada
Don´t worry much about immigration ( it has to come ).
Focus your energy on doing some thing which can yield
you some rewards ( like updating ur skills or even completely getting some new training ).
this is just my advise.
