Hi guys,
Here is the question.Family type sponsorship from outside Canada...just received selection certificate (approved)..and now what?What should I do?Will the embassy contact us to issue the visa or should we contact them and inform them that we received the selection certificate?

What is the selection certificate ? , are you a sponsored

selection certificate (tried to translate from french as its from quebec) is a piece of paper says that I was accepted by quebec also after canada.
and yes, i am a sponsored husband..

don´t you have to start applying federal after that ?

I suppose you already sent the application for your spouse with the application for sponsorship. I suppose that your sponsorship has been approved.
Then, I suppose that you asked and received the QSC.
If this is right, you have NOTHING to do. The Government of Quebec will contact CIC where the application for you spouse is processed. This QSC is needed to immigrate to Quebec. Once CIC know that the QSC has been issued, they can proceed with your spouse application.
