| Subject: Permanent residence fee. |
Hi,
I received a letter from buffalo and they have asked us to do medicals,submit additional docs,and show proof of funds as well as pay the permanent residence fee.My question is do they ask for the permanent residence fee and proof of funds before medicals?

All necessary documents; including fees usually must be submitted in a 90 days window (read the instructions carefully - CIC usually mentions the time frame).
Medicals should ideally be done as soon as possible.
