well guys i am going to chc new delhi myself tommorrow for 3 days i will be back on tuesday to see whats going on as they are not responding to my faxes and phone calls

I did call them, and have sent a letter. Will send a fax soon. I will wait until you come back....and if you are successful with your trip to New Delhi, I will make a trip the following week.

if you are waiting that they wil return your fax back , you are in dreams , i sent them fax every week from past 2 months send them letters , registered letters ,email left them 30 messages so far but no response
chc new delhi is a cruel embassy i have ever seen in my life , i don t why they do like this

Just to let you guys know .
My wife has received the passport with the immigrant visa stamp on it.
I took exactly 3 months from the time I filed her paper´s to
missisaga.
