| Subject: Returning to Canada After Long |
I arrived in Canada in 1998 and lived in Canada for only 32 days. Have never been since into Canada. I guess I have lost my PR. Is there any way I can regain my lost status. Thanks for any advice.

You have to re-apply as a permanent residence.

Does applying second time make selection easier, due to the fact that an landed immigrant status was issued once.
