The data is great. However, being new to this, I am unfamilliar with the abbreviations. Can some one explain to me their meanings?

Hi!

I applied for Canadian immigration office at buffalo. I got my file number on October 11, 2005. I came to canada as student and completed my studies there. I applied through a lawyer and i am not able to figure how much time they will take time more. on website, its mentioned 19 months or even more. I would be grateful if i can know when i would get assesment result and if i get medicals, how much time more till final process.
