I´m from Hong Kong. I´ve come to canada for nearly 8 years since 17. I plan to apply for skill worker immigration soon. My first question is is police certificate = RCMP? Second, should i submit the police certificate along with the application or wait until they ask me to get one? Third, where and how can i obtain police certificate?

Police ceritifcate required with application or not (in reply to: Police certificate = RCMP?)
Hi I think Robinhood didn´t answer Martin´s question clearly so I am asking a follow up question.
For example, I have lived in Canada for past 5 years and I am
applying now for immigration.
Do I need to submit the police ceritifcate with application or not. I am already submitting them the police ceritificate from my birth country but not canada. Thanks for your help
