Subject: Can I put my wife in my application? |
After I sent my application and before i got AOR from Buffalo I got married. Now I am wondering what kind of documents I need to send . If i add her to my application now, does that put me back in the line? Plz help with ur suggestions

I am not clear about the ramifications of not doing so... but I think it would be wise to follow their instructions even if it adds a little bit of time to your application. You do not want to be separated from your wife.

(in reply to: Can I put my wife in my application?) Thanks folks. Now my dilema is If I need to fill up all forms again or I just have my wife filled scedule 1 (background) form. I researched quite a bit in the CIC site but did not get the definite answer. Plz help.

(in reply to: Can I put my wife in my application?) Write a cover letter mentioning your file number and request them to add your spouse to your application. Send with this letter:
1) The schedule 1 to IMM0008
2) The additional family information form
3) Marriage certificate, photographs etc.
4) Spouse´s education documents
5) Police clearance certificates (You can provide later) and
4) Payment of the processing fee of C$550.00 (Please check)
