| Subject: What factors depends in immigration process |

Hai guys we have filed the application one and a half year back and now when checking on web-site it says that in process so what does it mean it means that our file is in process and forms are complete and accepted by the goverment.
I am from India and now i have done few proffessional certifications also like CCNP MCSA MCSE so how do i send the details or revised resume to them.
Although our points are complete and we are well finianicilly well established and had already shown a lot of asset and property in application will this efect
Or at last :) What are the main Factors efect the immigration process..

My dearest friend, I think TOEFL is not acceptable. Its IELTS!!

The only test accepted is the IELTS test, TOEFL doesn´t count.

There is no such ´9 Band´ system in TOEFL. TOEFL performance is judged from the score, for example 250 is considered as a good score.

Anshul, there maybe a need for workers in shit-processing plants. Try there. You don´t need to worry about English or for that matter, any language. Good luck.

So what did u take dude..if you´ve sent in your toefl scores that aint gonna count..so better send in some good ielts scores or provide supporting docs..
