Yes can?t believe this but finally I got it.....Thanks to everyone for their Help!!
My wife got her visa and COPR yesterday 5th May.
Timeline:
Applied at Miss. - 31st Dec. 2004
Approved - 10th Jan. 2005
New Delhi started processing - 2nd Feb. 2005
AOR Received on 9th Feb 2005
Request for Passport 10th Feb
Passport Sent on 11th Feb
E-status changed to Decision made - Night of 2nd May, 2005
Visa and COPR received - 5th May, 2005

Well it did change on monday evening ....cause my wife saw it on monday evening IST ....it was still the same and when SHE saw it on tuesday morning IST it was changed !!
