Hi Friends,
I would like to ask you a question that I have blessed a baby last month and now I am in processing stage of PR. I want to know is it nessassry to submit my baby documents now or later can I send it when I get my medical request, Please advice me...
And plz let me know what are the documents I have to submit to include my baby in on-going application.

You don´t need to submit a new document, you just need to fax to buffalo with cover letter saying that you have a new baby and send a copy of your baby certificate to CIC.

Write a letter explaining your situation and that you want to add your baby to your PR application. Send alongwith the letter the following documents.
1. Submit attested copy of Baby?s Birth Certificate in English
2. Submit 4 photographs
3. Submit Passport Copies
Immigration officials will let you know if they need additional information.

Kenny´s reply is what exactly I did and they did not ask for additional documents in my case.

When the baby is born send the following documents:
1) Certified copy of baby?s Birth Certificate;
2) Copy of Passport;
3) the second page of IMM0008;
4) Application fee - Please check
5) 4 photos;
6) Cover letter to inform CIC the birth of child - Mention your file number
7) Additional Family information (IMM 5406) form
If they need any aditional information they will let you know.

Thank you for your reply, I am exactly in the same position except I applied as Quebec skilled worker, as I understand I need to inform quebec authorities to obtain CSQ for the baby so what forms/documents needed for quebec?
