Subject: time after medical + visa from detroit |
|
|
|
Hi:
My situation:
Application pending in BUffalo. Medical has been
submitted for myself and my wife in July´2004. My wife
was pregnant at that time so we added our newborn to the
appilcation and sent the medical of the baby in March
2nd week 2005.
I have a couple of questions for the experts:
1. What are the stages left to be done after medical has
been requested?
2. How much time is it typically taking to complete the
process in Buffalo after medical i.e. when should I be
expecting further news (medical sent in March 2nd week)
3. If and when I get a request for passport for visa
stamping. Can I go to Detroit directly and get the visa
and do the landing process (instead of mailing our
passports)? Is Detroit Ok given the application is in
Buffalo.
regards,
/CJ

(in reply to: time after medical + visa from detroit) 1) How much time is it typically taking to complete the

You should expect to hear from then in a couple of months.
3. If and when I get a request for passport for visa
stamping. Can I go to Detroit directly and get the visa
and do the landing process (instead of mailing our

Detroit can not issue you the PR visa. You will have to send your pasport to Buffalo.
If you have not paid the ROLF then you should pay it now.
