Dear Experts and all,
I am July´2001 candidate and interviewed in Nov´04 Abudhabi,
but since then no answer,,,what should I do ? can I make the file status enquiry ? or you suggest to wait ?

my case is same as ur case.. my application is in 2001 july and i was interveiwed at 22 novemember 2004 in abu dabi.. and im waiting .. im so worried but many ppl i know did with me r still waiting and my friend did after me 24 novemember that ppl at interview told them that it will take 5-6 months.. donot worry its late cos of background security check.. so nothing is there to be worried im hopeig this month i will get it.. and u 2 .. i live in saudi arabia wut about u ..

I m fr Oman, and qualify under old rules but not submitted
IELTS so not under new rules,,but interview was fine and lady told me within 4 months, what about you ? you qualify under new rules too ? and I doubt we being late is not due to background check it may be due to Rasolzadeh court´s order,,,pl.reply,,,

Ashish, did you have your medicals or not yet?
For you both Ashish & Issa, CHC London put clearly that you can make an enquiry call, only when you have a problem. and I think both of you have a problem, so why don´t you try to call to see what is going on.

there is nothing wrong in his or my application everything takes time.. if i didnot get it by 20/ may i have a friend in london i will let him got a see ( in person)wuts worng.. many ppl r still waiting for medicals.. london is so busy ppl..

well i really got confused, how could u qualified before the Rasolzadah class settled!!!!
means on 2004 no one would have knew that the class will be settle, therefore only the decisions based on the new rules allowed be taken.
would u plz provide more info.

No.Mr.Issa I don´t have anyone who can see the office personnaly, just check yours and I think tell me fast so atleast I can get the idea.but I think time is the matter,,,my estatus showing still in process and my interview date only..thanks

nothing to get confused about,,,that lady told me very
clearly that due to this confusions she is not able to say Y or N,,,so she said interview is just the part of the process and for decision I have to wait for 4 months more.

time matters alot.. i had in mind to go in septemember but due to the delation of process its hardly will be in the end of year.. i will wait for a week then i will ask my friend to go and see in person..
the lady was clear at the interview..
she said u are qualified and we will send u the medical reques from 6 -8 weeks but she told my friends 6 months...
so i have to do something..
ashish.. why do u care about time ? i care about time cos i get younger brother he will be in grade 12 and he have to do it in canada and i have to settle there ...
wuts ur case????

did they ask you for police clearnce certifiate...
they did ask me.. and i have send it in februaray..
and i have send them fax many time no reply and emails
but no reply at all...
by the way i canot check my e-status.. here in saudi arabi

Dear friend issa,
which citizen you are ? that lady didn´t ask for any documents but after the interview she said very clearly that she can´t Y or N but I have to wait for approx.4 months for any decision,,,u are lucky to have clear answer,,,I can get my estatus and it shows old nov.04 data only,,which profession you are ? I am also willing to share with you,,,I have consultant and he says to wait,,what about you ? just mail me if for any confidential mail
