I would really appreciate your advice on my case.
I got my PR in Dec 2003 while I was working in US, I went to Canada from US before my immigration visa would expire and I came back to US. When I went there, I applied for Security Number and gave my friend´s address for place of stay, even for PR Card. I got the Security Number in the beginning of 2004.
After I entered Canada, I came to US in just couple of days and I didn´t receive my PR Card yet. What could be the issue? and How to approach it??
The mistake I made was, I neglected this whole issue for such a long time.
I would really appreciate all your help n advice.

Did your friend get any letter regarding you PR card. Sometimes they ask the applicants to send additional photographs for the PR card. Anyway there is nothing to worry about. Visit the following website for more information about "Lost, Stolen, Destroyed or Never-Received PR Cards"

You did not mention when you actually became PR of Canada?
Anyway to maintain your PR you will have to stay in Canada for a period of 2 years out of a total of 5 starting from the day you land as PR.

Forget about the damn PR and proceed with US PR. You probably did not need the damn card in the first place. If you talk to CIC, ask them to send one to me though... I am already heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeer.
