Hi All
Can anyone share their time for(spouse sponsor) as i´m waiting from last month since April 5 , 2005 and there is nothing except In process as per the E-Status.How long it gonna take more.Plz Help )processing office is CHC new delhi)

I am waiting from last 20 months. I got married in aug 2003. I have lost two years of my life and 20 years of pain and stress.

so meet what we can do over here , i have sent down my wife´s passport on 18 of feb 2005 and i have no idea what to do , i faxed them everyday , send them lettes , they dont answer its been over 4 months

meet u hav to do something buddy, Its too late for you to do anything now.Its a spouse immigration should not take more than 6 mnths.. this is sick man. Its just 3 mnths for my application,I can´t wait that long.......

I am sponsoring my husband and our time line is as follows:
submitted the application to CIC MISS Feb 2/05
received confirmation Feb 22/05
CHC New Delhi started processing March 8/05
waited, waited, and waited some more
my husband received a phone call from the CHC ND requesting him to submit his passport on April 28/05
(the letter arrived a month late)
CHC ND received the passport April 29/05............and the waiting continues.

Submitted the application to CIC MISS Dec 7th 2004
Received confirmation Dec 31st 2005
Started processing January 5th 2005
Sponsorship approved Feb 4th 2005
