Subject: immigration is separating us
my canadian husband and i ( from non-english nation) applied for my permanent residency 3 years ago, and recently we recieved the rejection letter each.
we know we can reapply ( off course, they wanna make money from each application.), but we got so sick of their abuse of power, slow work, unfairneess etc.
so, we are thinking of moving to my country, but there will be language problem for my husband.
so, realistically, its getting like divorce is another possibility.

anywayz, we are so sick of this system and the position we were forced to be in.

On what grounds your application was rejected?
Did he applied as your sponsor?

hi, andy. thanks for ur reply.
we applied under family class from within canada ( ive been on lega status).
and yes, my husband applied for his sponcership.
it seems like the changes in immigration law can create some confusions on top of its mess and slowness.
even to get back the refundable landing fee, we´ve been waiting for 3 months ( probably it´ll take awhie).

to Anonymous.
there are some possible reasons. we are getting different reasons from different sources. there is no reason written on the refusal papers.

If you are truly in love...have your husband move to your country. It is non-English but he can learn the language.
Divorce is always the last possible solution.
Reapply and see what happens.
Try and find out WHY you were rejected....if you have reasons, people here might be able to help you. But saying we were rejected does not help any of us to help you.
Was it the sponsorship thet rejected or was it your application? Too many unanswered questions for us to help.

Good luck
Tell your husband to start learning your language.

i just wanted to bitch, i guess.
it´s a tough situation, emotionally, mentally, and physically.
but, at the same time, reapplying is against my policy.

thanks anywayz.

Good luck with it all.
If you will not reapply I would move to your country.
Don´t get a divorce.......
It might be good for your husband to learn a new langauge and live in another culture.
My fingers are crossed for you!
