Hi, I am an India citizen planning to apply for canadian PR. I was in india for my schooling / degree and then was studying/working in states for 4 years.for past one year i am in singapore working. and i am planning to apply to singapore embassy for my PR. now do i need to submit police certificates for India , USA and singapore?
can i get a police cert. for india without going there in person? regarding USA do i need to produce the certificate?if yes then how can i do that without going to USA? i dont have my fingerprints done. please advice.

India for sure and Singapure for sure. How long were you living in USA?
Actually the best would be if you call Canadian immigration authorities in Singapure.
