what if i don´t enclose a self adressed pre-paid enevlope? would the buffalo consulate return using a regular US mail? i am asking this as i am not in the u.s. or canada and unable to enclose a pre-paid envelope.

According the website for the Buffalo consulate:

they will only mail passports to US or Canadians addresses. Complete information and instructions are on the website.

what i meant was that will they return using a regular u.s. mail in the u.s. even if i don´t enclose a pre-paid envelope? thanks a lot.

"Passports sent to us by mail will be returned to you by United States Postal Service regular mail unless you use one of the premium services described above."

Hi, guys
I´m starting to worry about my passport. A sent it 3 weeks ago and still waiting:-((( I need to go to Canada for my job interview soon... How long that might take to get passport back?
