Subject: adding spouse to application after getting PR Visa
  Hello,
While waiting for PR visa I met a girl and want to marry her. I already have my immigration visa stamped in my passport which expires at the end of december. I want to know if I can marry her now and get her visa too. I would not want to sponsor her from canada, because it would take us months to be together again.
I applied in Buffalo as a skilled worker.
Any help is appreciated.

Sorry there is nothing you can do now. As the visa has been stamped on your passport if you marry now your PR visa will be cancelled and you will have to re-apply.

Better you visit and consult with www.visas-services.com though it is a paid site ( You have to pay for your queries but you can get all your questions to answer)

Good Luck.

By marrying now, your PR is unlikely to be cancelled. What you can do it to get married and sponsor her quickly.....from Canada. Not too long as I see these days.

Best wishes

I think the only thing legally possible is to sponsor her after getting married.

For more info look at www.cic.gc.ca

you have to land first then get married. otherwise, you will not be able to sponsor your spouse.
