| Subject: Couple separation question |

I have received the immigration visa but my partner (who is the principal applicant) changed her mind and doesn´t want to go to Canada anymore. I have been told that I cannot enter Canada without her, even if I have the visa.
What can I do in this situation? Anybody heard about this kind of weird thing before?

Hi,
You cannot enter Canada without her because she signed a contract which she promised to support you for 3 years to help you settle in Canada. So without her, you cannot live in Canada because you would need her for financial support.

I have a friend who is in the same situation then you and who comes to canada without his partner.
Since you have your immigration visa it´s obvious then you can come to canada
