we managed to get a phone appointment today. Got a lecture about bothering them and that they do not take phone calls. However, given the circumstances - being told they cannot locate the file and disappearing off e-client, we decided to ignore them.
They have located the file but when asked about our status they would only say that we should hear news ´soon´. What exactly is the definition of ´soon´?
I am feeling the incredible urge to hop on a plane, go to the embassy, stand on the service counter holding a machine gun and asking exactly what they mean by ´soon´. How can you tell it is late afternoon on Friday the 13th.

You made your day Sharon, this is Friday 13th. I had the same lecture from CHC London week ago, they made my whole week as horrible as friday 13th, lol.
