Hi All
Applied : June ´04 Buffalo
AOR : Jul ´04
Med, Doc, RPRF : Mar ´04
I am almost there but I have to visit India for 3-4 months for family reason. I am planning to give my friend´s address to CIC. My questions are How prompt CIC is in changing address ? Will they update my address on e-client ? What is the better way to let them know about address change FAX or Letter ?
Please Help by sharing your Experience.

When did u get ur IA???...3-4 months is too long...well make sure u fax CIC, also mail them..also update it online..do all the three and they sure will update it...in about a week after u do it. also make sure to tell give ur friend authority to open up ur CIC letters if u receive any while ure away for 4 months..as CIC might call u for an interview, pp request or anything and its all timed..so if time expires..CIC considers uve abandoned ur PR..so good luck and also dont forget to tell me ur IA received date..
