I was reading other posts relating to the same type of query.

After one receives an interview waiver, completes medicals, pays landing fee and submits additional documents, can it be concluded that:

1. no possibility of an interview at this stage?
2. no chance of failure?
3. one has almost got PR provided Bacground checks are clear?

Please advice honestly for my peace of mind

The background check starts after interview waiver is granted. During the background check if they are not able to verify any information you provided in the forms you may be called for an interview.

You can get your CAIPS notes at least 4 months after you got your medical done. This way you can see the results of your medical and if your background and security check have been complete.
