| Subject: CIC strict on deadlines? |
I applied for PR in Manila. CIC wants me to pay Permanent Resident Fee on May 20. They also asks me to submit updates on certain items like Proof of Funds. It is all right to send them June 20? I don´t have the funds yet.

I think you should write a letter, fax, or through phone .... get in contact with CIC Manila ...
Or borrow money at the least with a promise to pay it once you are earning in Canada ... which is not that far considering you are already in the Permanent Resident Fee part of the application ..
