| Subject: question about my status in canada |

hi i just want to know that i am on student visa right now and have already married in canada but i have not submitted my sponsorship paper yet. As my student visa is going to expire in sep. Do i need to apply for student visa again or i can stay here without visa as i am already married here with a canadian citizen. if somebody can suggest me that will be great!!!!

i was in the same situation last yr..u have to get a new student visa because u will need to pass it together with the sponsorship papers if ever u apply..they will require you to have a current status..
