| Subject: Study permit after applied for PR? |

I have spent 7 years (3-year in highschool and 4-year in university) and nearly 1 year on work permit in canada. If i apply for PR in canada now and then go back to my own country. Will i be able to apply student visa again, perhaps in a year after, while the PR is in process? Will it be hard? As i have a girlfriend in canada, that´s why i don´t want to leave canada for too long. I´m from Hong Kong, by the way.

I´d suggest you take up some course in Canada right now so you do get the Student visa before you leave for HK.
Once you have the visa apply for PR and then make sure you apply at Buffalo as it will process it faster then HK office.
Then you can come and go to Canada too
