| Subject: Are thess file ID's serialed??? |

Hi All,
Hope all of you are doing well and the process is going well . It is really tormenting to keep waiting and waiting and waiting over a cold fire. Well, my question is I went to the Canadian embassy and found the list of file numbers that are scheduled to be interviewed. They still away from my number which is like B 123 456 789. Are these files are serialed in chains. I mean the files IDs that are given to applicants are serialed so I can expect mine after those ahead of my file ID number. So, B 123 is ahead of B 124?
I hope you underdstand my question coz I my self don´t understand it:)

Hi,
According to my knowledge the file ID´s are not in serial wise..since i appled in 2002(from Dallas,Texas - New York) & i am still waiting for the interview......but most of the File ID´s after my numbers are getting Interview Dates.

HI syed,
Getting interviewd doesn´t mean that u applied before another one that is stil waiting for interview shcedule. It has no relation with that. One with erorr in his application or just didn´t write N/A in the forms for questions that are not applicable for him will result in returning the entire application again, can u imagine that just N/A will delay u months and months!!!! so what if mistake is little bigger !:!:!:!:!
