| Subject: how to add a baby? |
I am applying as quebec skilled worker, I already got my CSQ and medicals for me and my wife, but now want to add the new baby to both CSQ and visa, does any one know what forms need to be sent?

you have to send a fax to the visa office that is processing your file and inform them that you have a new addition to the family. once they have received your fax, they will send you the necessary form. you should inform them before they issue the visa to you.
