if i order caips note.. i can see when the medical will come to me.. or wut...
if my status is still in process everything is ok.. but is it willt stay the same even if i receive the medicals it will only change after the receive it..a nd they will change the status to desscion made... it that right..???
how long will the caips note take to reach me im in ksa..
and my visa office in london...uk..
so lina u meen that ashish is rejected...????

Dear Issa ,
As I told you before, no decision will be made before medicals and visa stamping unless it is negative.
For you, your e-status is still ?IN PROCESS? and this is a good indication especially after the recent additional line that has to do with judging your case.
All you have to do now is to check your e-status each Monday, I strongly believe that you?ll get your medical soon.
To Ashish, ?. If I were him I would apply as provincial nominee, it will take maximum 9 months to finalize his case under provincial nominee class in CHC London.

But Issa, they could chang you status to "DECISION MADE" when they made the last update, but they didn´t, they left it "IN PROCESS". What do you think? I believe your case is different from Ashish, just wait and see or ask for the CAIPS.

caips will take 1 month.. so why should wait for caips for 1 month
and the medicals could reach any time..

do u think its gonna be easy getting in here? common for god sake...u will be happier when its take that long...and bytheway if u dont live in canada..just remember one thing u and everyone who didnt c that beautiful country...canada is not a dream land...canada is a normal country that has many disadvantages like the tough winter,expensive,hard to find a good job and what u earn from the job u spend it right away...but at the same time it has many advantages that might be worth it for some...like the valuable canadian citizenship and its great passport..and good very good education standard and of course the freedom..
