I tick ´No´ in application form under "Will accompany you to Canada" option. But I claimed her qualification point and relative in canada point as her sister has PR status there. Can I get these points?

Meaning, those "non-accompanying" spouse will have a big tendency to be denied for a visitor´s visa? oohhh that´s sad!

In this way I have 2 options:

1. Submit my wife and child application with my file reference and state that I am now financially strong and they can accompany me.

2. Wait till they open my file again after 3-4 years, bcoz commonly Canadian Embassy Islamabad calls whole family for an interview weather somebody apply individually or not. Also after the successful interview they commonly asks for family application and fee.

Please sugguest which one is suitable.

Your decision will not affect the processing of your application (in reply to: Spouse points)
In my opinion, your preliminary decision of accompanying spouse and dependent children to Canada, does not affect your score. The CIC casework team in either case allocates you "adaptability" points. And, you don´t have to worry at this stage.

Actually, this decision does not affect on the processing of your application in anyway, and flexible CIC procedures allow you to include your immediate family during and at the end of your application process. When you feel you can afford the processing fee of your dependents and your funds are enough to support your family after arriving in Canada, you can request your visa post to add your spouse and dependent children in your application.

You must have to remember that whether you are including your family in your application or not, you MUST have to provide the supporting documents of these to help CIC casework team to positively discrete your chances of successful settlement in Canada.

Should you be in need of further help about Islamabad, feel free to ask.

we have had several postings in the past months about SW who come on their own to Canada who have big problems having their family come to visit. Because their is such a high risk of your family not returning home, (see visitors visa refusal) I am hearing that the answer is generally no.

Please take that into consideration as you prepare your documents so you are not disappointed or separated from those you love.

Yes, I submitted my wife Bachelor Degree with mark sheets of both 2 years also I submitted copy of additional family information form and PR card copy (both sides) of my wife´ sister (which she sent to me by courier). Additional family information form showing my wife name with my present address. In short I have submitted all of my family documents but tick ´No´ in accompany option.

My logic for ´not accompany my family´ is that if they refused me so I can save my family application fee bcoz my refusal mean my family refusal. But If I success so I must apply for my family at the same time.

I will try to get 16 points in language thru band 7 in all IELTS modules. In this way I can provide more protection to my application.

Now looking for a helpful comments.

You should worth it! (in reply to: Spouse points)
Okay. But I would like to make clear a "wrong assumption" to others and you about application processing fee.

Your application processing fee is only applied when CIC has started work on it, and if work has been started on your application, then your processing fee could not be refunded back due to any reason.

Just after the submission of your application, if encountered in an initial assessment, that you´re not qualifying, CHC simply returns your application with possible reasons and give you time to provide additional documents and/or information. If in any situation, you´re not able to follow the advices, your fee could be returned to you, because CIC has not started work over it formally.

Further, I hope that you´ve submitted all relevant documents of your spouse and dependent children including I.D. Card, Birth Certificate, "B" Form, Nikah Nama, Education/Training documents, police certificate, photographs, personal net worth documents (if applicable) and all required documents to proof the relationship with a Canadian citizen or permanent resident such as Landing Record or Certificate of Canadian Citizenship (notarized), relative´s birth certificate/matric certificate or Nikah Nama and SIN/Health Card or a utility bill. You´re also required to produce two other statutory affidavits: (a) Non-Accompanying Family Members´ Declaration, and (b) An NOC from your spouse, stating that she has no objection on your immigration.

I hope that you should get 7-band in IELTS, but as I am evaluating, a score of 6 (with at least 5-band in each capability) would be sufficient for you.

Best Regards.
