I´m here in Canada, But I need to start to wooooooooork, I can do nothing on a visitor visa exept loosing chances. Even if I want to study it will cost me a lot less when I´m a PR. You see I realy need to be lucky, because I´m not.

Dear jeet,
rejected a work permit once, because of having an immigration file... studying as an international student will cost me double what will cost when I´m PR student.

you can volunteer and this way, once your file goes through (i.e. receive your aip = for inside canada application), you gain the canadian experience.

So is it possible to study in Canada under a study visa while you are in process of a PR visa?
Thank you!

Thanks Anonymous, so I know now that volunteering some job is legal on a visitor visa. ( I had no Idea it was legal ).
And David, I like to advise not to do my same mistake, if any one want to work or study, he or she should apply for a study or work permit before applying for PR visa, CIC is unwilling to give any study or work permits when you have a PR visa application in process.

Lina, are you sure? It doesn´t make sense to me. I understand CIC don´t want to give work visas to somebody who applied for PR, but study? if you have the time (and the money) you are just investing in your future, and it gives you some extra points. Even better, you´ll probably find a job easily.
