I am about to apply to canada. I had a few questions:
1. Is it required for all photocopies to be attested?
2. How do I get canadian certificates attested, if i am residing in the UK?
3. I will be finishing by M.Sc degree in september, can i apply now and update my application later this september.

You should visit www.cic.gc.ca
1. Is it required for all photocopies to be attested?
Depends on the Consulate you are applying to. Read the guide specific to where you are applying.
2. How do I get canadian certificates attested, if i am residing in the UK?
You can get the certificates notarized.
3. I will be finishing by M.Sc degree in september, can i apply now and update my application later this september.
