i have been reading a lot of messages related to background check. i have a question regarding it. my time line is as below.
applied jan 04
interview required letter from buffalo - sep 04
file transfered to NY - feb 05
letter asking FBI clearnce - march 05. sent FBI clearnce in march itself
letter stating interview not required and do medicals - may 05
medicals conducted - 05/16/05.
when should i expect my PP request? is is that NY office will start my background check after they receive my medicals or is it that my Background check was already completed before sending file from Buffalo to NY.
I have resided in only 2 countries since birth. India until 2000 and after that in USA.
pl. advise me on when i should expect PP request?

If things all go good.... PP request will be dont after approx 2.5 to 3 months after medical submission

Don´t think so...
My medicals were submitted Nov. 2004. Still waiting for PP request.
