OK, I am really excited, but I am not sure what it all means.
I got a call from my MP regarding my case..
They said that they received pics etc., and they have on file that I last visited in March, 2005.
They are halfway done with the background check. They did the security, now they have to do the criminal.
They will be looking at the file again at the end of June.
The medical is valid until September.
So, does that mean he does not have to attend an interview?
Your opinion pls.

Oh My God!!!!!!!
This is a process that took other members of my family atleast 12 months or more.
For me, it is only 5. Oh my god!!!
If it happens that way for me, I am truly blessed.

when they requested your medicals and ROLF, what did your letter say?

We submitted everything up front. On a spousal application, you need to do the medical before hand, and have the option to pay the full fee at that time too. Which is what we did.
We did not get anything else except the first letter saying they received the applicaiton etc...
