i´m certified managerial acountant preparing for immigrating to canada but i´ve a prob. how can i get a job offer?? haven´t been there & don´t know anyone there. and if i manage to get an offer will the employer wait for me till finishing the processing time??? ( it may takes 20 months)

I am a Man of all trade but I am currently working as an aircraft Engineer with the Solomon Airlines. I am very keen to migrate to Canada and get a job and settle down there.
I am also a qualified fitness training instructor by profession and I got my qualification with Royal New Zealand Defence Force Joint Services Physical Education & Recreational Training School (RNZDF JSPE&RT Sch).
