369 days after sending my application to Buffalo, just received the passport request packet. I´d like to share my timeline for reference of others in this forum:
Category: Skilled Worker
Current Residence: USA
May 21, 2004 - Sent application to Buffalo
June 25, 2004 - Received AOR from Buffalo
Feb 15, 2005 - Initial Assesment, documents and medical requested.
Feb 18, 2005 - FBI fingerprint sent to FBI West Virginia
March 14, 2005 - Medical exam performed
March 23, 2005 - Medical exam result sent by doctor to Ottawa
April 21, 2005 - FBI clearance received from FBI
April 22, 2005 - Sent to Buffalo FBI, ROLF & other docs requested.
May 16, 2005 - eCas changed to "Medical Results have been received."
May 25, 2005 - PP request received.
This forum really helped answer a lot of my questions during the process.

does your "in process" changed to something else before you recieve your PP?

I am asking because my line almost same and my e-client changed to "med.have been recieved" on May 23, 2005.
I am in USA as well with skill worker file.
Now I don´t know how long for PP.

Thanks Patel and Tatyana. I´m from Philippines and my eCas was "In Process" since AOR then changed to "Medical results have been received." last 5/16/05. Tatyana you should be receiving PPR in a week or two. Good luck.
