| Subject: What 's 'Medical results have been received' mean? |

Hi,
I just found out that my wife´s E-CAS says: ´Medical results have been received´
Does that mean that the Designated Medical Practitioner has sent the medical examination form IMM 1017EFC to the Visa Office
or
Does that mean that the medical examination has been ASSESSED by whoever in charge of Medicals (in OTTAWA) in the CIC and the RESULTS has been sent to the Visa Office?
Please share with your thoughts.

BTW, if your visa office is Buffalo then you may expect the PP request any time from now.

Hi,i checked my e-cas today and it shows that "medical results have been received" but i am confused because my medicals were already sent by practitioner before 3 months.i do not understand what is the exact situation with my file.Will you please be able to explain me what should i assume for this message on on line application.

Hi
checked my e-cas today, status show "withdrawn". when i clicked it, such info appears "we started processing on date 2 Sep 2005, Medical results have been received, A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision". I am confused as i have not received any medical exam request. please guide me subject issue. thanks

have you changed your mailing address since your last correspondence?
you should have some sort of mail from them

my mailing address remains the same, it is my agent address. agent says there will be something to them later on. i chose my agent in Dubai, they submitte my docs to London.

you agent should be requesting CAIPS notes in case your application has been refused so you can make every attempt to address CIC concerns.
If your agent is your representative, you would have to go through them to CIC unless you advice CIC in writing that you are taking over control of your own file.

How can we know whether CIC is requsting for repeat medical test or extra medical test,if 2 letters are received within a month requesting medical test.

"We received your application for permanent residence on 24 feb, 2011.
your processing started 18 march.medical result has been recived
What does this mean? Is it a positive or negative answer?

Hi, I applied for Medical since 1.5 year and when checked the ECAS it is still showing Medical Results Received.
Do you know if this take longer or there is something unusual?
When my agent sent to them asking about the status, they answered:
this application and subsequent submissions are currently in a queue awaiting review by an officer.
