Hi,
If my husband gets the PR card,how long will it take for me to get the PR card and if i go to india can i come back with him or do i have to wait until i get the pR card.

You can apply for your PR with a copy of Travel Itiniary and you will get it on urgent basis. You can not enter in Canada with a PR effective December 31,2003
visit www.cic.gc.ca for how to apply for PR in urgent case.
