We applied for CAIPS notes in April and got it today:
it shows:
BF date: 13-05-2005
PSDEC 1 SELDEC 4 MEDEC 1
BDEC blank 0ct-14-2004
OREQ 0 FINDEC 0
But there are two lines of notes that:
"FOSS entry showing poss crim cocerns-need new FBI for the applicant and spouse 23-Feb-2005"
"Doc request letter for FBI PC´s X 2 sent this date. 09-Mar-2005"
But the question is: We are both students living in Canada and only paid visit to US last year for 7 days! Is the FBI PC means FBI police certificate from US? We never receive any letter since Feb 2005.
What should we do now? We have written a letter with a copy of CAIPS to Buffalo, hope God helps...

"Medical results has been received" in Feb 2005
RPRF paid in Nov 2004
