Subject: New Born Baby PR
Well, I got married recently. We are planning for applying PR in India and right now planning for family. Suppose, if we apply for PR now, and in the mean time, we have a new born baby also. I want to know, how to get PR for a baby. Do we have to apply for all papers again? Please reply ASAP.

you need simply to inform the visa office, and they will send you some forms to fill plus paying CAD 150, photos, birth certificate and passport and thats it, it does not hinder or delay your application unless you have the baby in the final stages (after getting passport request or after visa been stamped)
good luck

New Born Baby in Canada (in reply to: New Born Baby PR)
If the parents are neither PR nor citizen, can this baby enjoy free education in Canada in future?

not sure you are calling ´Dear´.

Is your wife with you on your student visa? If not, your child has no Canadian status whatsoever.
