I am currently living in australia, i´m 23 years old and have a Certificate III in Information Technology, i have distant reletived that are 3rd generation canadians. i was wondering some basic facts about imagrating, like is it easy to get in, are jobs plentiful in my area(IT), and is the cost of housing high in toronto?

3rd generation canadian = his relatives were born in canada. so were their parents, and their parents´ parents (grandparents).
people immigrate for a lot of reasons, what difference does it make to this forum WHY he wants to immigrate? what matters is that he DOES want to immigrate, and he should be able to receive answers without having his motives questioned, hm?

If you are in Australia and want to migrate to Canada, then there must be some reason that urge you leave beautiful Australia and go there to freeze.

Reasen for immigrating, is because its been my dream since i was 9. you only live once and those who accomplish thier dreams are those brave enough to chase them.

Ok ok. I have dreams too. But most of us dream of going to the states. I am asking because you live in a damn good country which I believe much better than Canada. Why would someone dream of Canada, what special about it. Freezing.

AS far as IT, I know that Alberta is in need of these skills right now. I would wait until CIC clears this issue and starts processing the new applications and see if you quilfy under the new processing system. Good Luck....
