Hello Genious,
I have sent spouse sponsers application here in CIC mississauga on Second week of Apr 2005 and still i haven´t get anything back from them.
Online status says they recive applicaion after two days when i had sent and statrted to process application on May 03 2005. Status stays ´In-Process´ forever.
I have Hired CIC Registred consultant to do my file with proper documents and he has also called twice but they says minimum time period are 32 days but it can take longer and they are not giving any reson why it´s taking so long.
Anybody have any idea what´s going on here. Anybody have known any case that take this longer to get approval from CIC mississuaga for spouse sponsirship..

Patience
It has been only 28 days since you sent it. It might take another 30 days or so...maybe less.
All depends if you sent all the documentation required , if you did , it`s just matter of time to go through.
I am in the same position than you and my sponsorship was approved after 33 days after we sent it.
Now we are waiting for the PP request.

Thx Andy,
No as per dates today is the 45th day after they receive the application. And 24th day after they started process on my application.
Did you hire consultant or did your self.

dont worry, in my case they forwarded the application to the destination country´s visa post. CHC did not inform my spouse about anything. Suddenly my wife got her PP request and we were caught off guard.
So patience is the key. Most likely they have approved and forwarded it and the "Decision Made" mail is lost in transit.

Thx for reply,
But i am checking Online status mostaly daily but it´s not "Desicion made" it´s still In-Process.
Somebody pls advise me what to do.
