Subject: Citizenship?
I was born and raised in Hong Kong. The passport i use is United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, and nationality within is British National Overseas (BNO).

So what would be my citizenship for the PR application? Chinese or BNO or else?

Thanks.

Your passport shows your nationality... use whats on your passport.

The holders of BNO passport are naturalize as British Dependent Territories Citizens (BDTC), which does not confer nationality and, therefore, the holders are recognized as "stateless". You can use the name of your "country of habitual residence" as your nationality. Further using your current BNO passport, you can apply to immigrate to Canada.
