is anyone got an idea how long cic Islamabad takes after PR as i sent my passport ten days ago. it was a spous sponsorship application.

There is no certain timeframe but Islamabad usually takes 2 to 4 weeks to process your visa. In case of any delay, you can ask the Immigration/Visa Section by faxing your inquiry on +92(51)2279113.

My wife sent her passport to CHC Islamabad on May 2, 2005 and received it back on May 20, 2005 (about 3 weeks).

The cases of 1999, 2000 and 2001 are being processed in Islamabad on priority basis in the light of finalized terms of Settlement Agreement in a Class Action as well as all cases, which has been transferred from Damascus, London, Hong Kong, Manila and Colombo and other posts under the Automatic Transfer Scheme.

I had my Medical on 10th of April 2006, Can any one tell me how long does It take after Medicals, Remmember, It´s my Sponsorship CASE, I m along with my whole family..

hi every one . I like to tell that my morther had applied from islamabad in 2003 and tell we are not call for an interview or medical? why an when they will finalized cases of 2003? can anybody tell me?

Can any body update me that whether CIC islamabad has started finalizing 2003 case as till date I did not receive any final note from their side after submission of my original documentation in 2007.

I applied in August 2008 and in February 2009 they asked me to update my application because my profession is in the new 38 professions list.
What i heard that they are just looking within the 38 professions

I applied for Canadian immigration in August, 2003 and later on I was asked to submit my original documentation in September, 2007. Till date I did not receive any update from CIC- Islamabad.
I will be grateful If any body has actual idea of cases during 2003 please.
