Hi,
I am planning to move to Oregon for work. I have applied for immigration under SW in Buffalo.If i move to Oregon and i chnage my address will they transfer my file to Seattle.Please help

No. Your file will remain in Buffalo. They will only transfer the file if an interview is required.
