		| | | | I am a permanent resident of Canada, holding a Pakistani passport. My husband is a permanent resident of United States. I have completed 2 years of my citizenship time in Canada and due to the sliding 4 years window, wont be able to complete the 3 years period in reasonable time. I would like to sponsor my husband and we would move to Canada eventually, as both of us have families here. However, since this will take a few years, I want to go to US and live with my husband, meanwhile. I am aware that if I am eligible to obtain my Canadian passport after completing at least 730 days. The immigration judge would decide if my case is strong enough. Kindly help me...

     | (in reply to: citizenship case) it will be up to the judge, you will need to present it properly. I strongly suggest you hire a legal authority for this matter.
 good luck,
 Jenny
