Subject: citizenship case
I am a permanent resident of Canada, holding a Pakistani passport. My husband is a permanent resident of United States. I have completed 2 years of my citizenship time in Canada and due to the sliding 4 years window, wont be able to complete the 3 years period in reasonable time. I would like to sponsor my husband and we would move to Canada eventually, as both of us have families here. However, since this will take a few years, I want to go to US and live with my husband, meanwhile. I am aware that if I am eligible to obtain my Canadian passport after completing at least 730 days. The immigration judge would decide if my case is strong enough. Kindly help me...

it will be up to the judge, you will need to present it properly. I strongly suggest you hire a legal authority for this matter.
good luck,
Jenny
