I am mohit living in india, done 4 year degree course(computer engineering) and working as a software engineer for morethan 1 year .I would like to know could migrate to quebec under quebec immigration,canada ?Moreover, I am learning french (6 months course ) and I can achieve more than 6.5 band in IELTS, if required. and also I have no relatives in canada.
so please let me know whether i can migrate to quebec under this situation or not ?
